Are these flight rates truly all-inclusive?
Yes. Every rate shown is the total price per person, one-way, with all government taxes, airport fees, and DMC handling already included. The only line items not included are excess luggage (over 15kg) and any specifically requested upgrades. No surprise charges at check-in.
How long are these rates valid?
Published rates on this page are valid for travel up to and including 10 December 2027. After that date, all rates revert to live operator pricing and we requote at the point of booking. Festive holiday peak (15 December – 5 January) may carry a small surcharge confirmed at booking.
What is the luggage limit on light aircraft?
Light aircraft standard luggage allowance is 15kg per guest in soft duffel bags only (no hard suitcases — they cannot fit in the hold). Excess weight is bookable at $5 per kg subject to availability and aircraft load — we confirm at the time of booking. Most safari camps have laundry, so packing light is realistic.
Can I book a one-way flight without a full safari package?
Yes. We sell every route on this page as a standalone seat — no safari booking required. Common use-cases include Zanzibar–Arusha repositioning, Serengeti–Zanzibar bush-to-beach, or Kilimanjaro–Seronera fly-in. Use the booking form on this page or the full /flight-bookings portal.
What's the difference between Kogatende, Lamai, Seronera, and Sasakwa?
All four are Serengeti airstrips, positioned for different camp clusters. Seronera serves Central Serengeti (high game-density year-round). Kogatende and Lamai serve the northern Serengeti and Mara River crossings (July–October peak). Sasakwa is the Singita Grumeti reserve airstrip. Choose by your camp, not by name — we route automatically.
How early should we book?
For peak season (June–October) we recommend confirming seats 3–6 months ahead. Festive peak (15 Dec – 5 Jan) typically books out 4–8 months ahead. Off-peak and shoulder months can usually be confirmed inside 4–6 weeks. We hold complimentary 7-day options pending payment.
How does payment work?
After we confirm seat availability, we issue a secure payment link (credit card, debit card, or bank transfer). Payment is processed in USD. E-tickets are delivered to your email within 24 hours of payment. We do not request payment until your booking is confirmed.
Cancellation and changes?
Domestic flight tickets are generally non-refundable but date-changeable up to 72 hours before departure, subject to a $30 per ticket change fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure forfeit the full ticket. Comprehensive travel insurance with cancellation cover is strongly recommended.
